After looking for a home to rent for a couple of months we contacted Shanda Alton and that was our lucky day. She showed us several homes in one day and we ended up finding a very nice home that day. She handled all the negotiations and went through the contract with us and explained it so that we understood it.
Even after we had moved in and gotten settled we kept in contact. She is not only our realtor but also became our friend.
So, when the home we rented went into foreclosure, as so many of them are, we called Shanda. She set us up on flexmls so that we were notified of new listings right away. Shanda drove from Sun City to the Ahwatukee, Chandler area to show us homes twice. Of course, the first home we looked at was the one, but we wanted to make sure. Again, Shanda went through everything with us. Even as we were getting ready to sign the lease, Shanda was there for us. She had to play the role of psychologist because we were second guessing ourselves even though we knew we wanted this home. We are very happy in our new home and know we made the right decision.
Shanda is always there for her clients in every way. Shanda has helped us through two difficult moves and we appreciate everything she has done for us. If we ever hear of anyone looking for a realtor we always have her card ready. Thank you Shanda for all you have done.
